It is Zenith Insurance Company's mission to promptly and fairly handle and resolve all claims in a professional, efficient and courteous manner. We are committed to providing superior claims service to our customers by achieving fair, reasonable and equitable disposition of all claims with utmost integrity in every respect.

Our Zenith adjusters located in Claims offices across Canada are trained and ready to apply their knowledge and experience to adjustment of each claim that arises.

It is our practice to hire well-educated, experienced staff with excellent interpersonal communication skills. We encourage continuing education through the Insurance Institute of Canada and most of our adjusters have or are working towards their professional insurance designation. We also conduct training and upgrading courses with topics ranging from service excellence to legislative changes to insurance industry regulations.

Zenith Insurance products are available to you through both a national call centre network and select independent brokers across Canada.

Central Canada is served by Zenith Insurance Services Inc., an insurance agency owned jointly by Lombard and its brokers. Zenith's state-of-the-art call centre, located in Ontario, allows us to provide the highest quality of immediate customer care service right over the phone.

Western and Eastern Canada are served by broker-owned call centers located in Edmonton, Alberta and Saint John, New Brunswick.

When you call toll-free 1-888-440-4876, you'll be speaking with a fully licensed insurance agent, located in your province who will design a Zenith Insurance package personalized for you to ensure that you're properly protected.
